Tasting Events
We will be holding regular tasting events at the restaurant, in conjunction with Corks of Cotham
These tastings must be pre-booked either with ourselves or Corks of Cotham.
NOSE TO TAIL, Tuesday 21st February 2012
Our 3rd Nose to Tail Evening will return to the pig. Local butcher and meaty raconteur, Phil Noble, will be here with half a pig carcass to butcher on the evening. He will demonstrate different cuts of meat and discuss the virtues of a well reared animal whilst we serve varying courses with wine to match. £45 Reservation by payment prior to the event.

Venetian Feast, Tuesday 20th March 2012
A supper celebrating food from the city of Venice. Renowned as one of Italy's best loved culinary destinations, the region's cuisine has a vibrant and cosmopolitan legacy. The kitchen will be cooking a multi course menu that plunders deep the rich and vast Venetian larder. Wine from the region to match. £45/per person. Prebooking required.
